When do I receive the event location?
After you buy your room package or day/evening pass, you will receive an email confirmation with the event location. We do this to protect the privacy of the registered guests.

The hotel name and address is located at the bottom of your email confirmation. Remember to scroll down. Please see the screenshot below.
Is this event really a hotel takeover?
Yes. We purchase every room in the hotel. Only our guests are allowed at the hotel.
What does a room package cover?
Your room package covers your room for the duration of the event, plus admission to everything happening at the event. There are no additional fees. However, your drinks and meals are on your own.
Do you guarantee guests will hook up with other guests?
We provide a venue where like minded individuals within the lifestyle can mix, mingle and hook up with others. It is no different than setting up a meeting with like minded folks you have met on one of the lifestyle websites. It is for you as a group to decide if you hook up or not.
When do Day/Evening Passes go on sale?
Day/Evening passes go on sale approximately one month prior to the event. The day/evening pass price is per couple. Splash Mocha defines a couple as a man and a woman.
What does the Day/Evening Pass price cover?

Can a single guy/girl purchase a Day/Evening pass?
No. Day/evening passes are not available for singles.
Can single women attend the event?
Yes. You can purchase your own room by visiting our website www.splashmocha.com.
Are single men permitted to attend?
Yes. This event was created for select single men and the couples who prefer their company. All single men must call 888-278-2483 if you are interested in attending.
Can my date and I arrive at the event at separate times?
No. You both must arrive at the same time.
Can I pay at the door?
No. ALL reservations must be made in advance. There are no exceptions.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. Please visit our website at www.splashmocha.com to see our room packages and set up a payment plan.
If I purchase a room package, do I need to purchase day/evening passes?
No. Your room package covers admission to all activities at the event. It does not cover food and drink.
Is food and drink covered in your room package or day/evening event pass?
No. Food and drink are on your own.
Are there lockers available for day/evening pass attendees?
No. You will need to store your valuables and other possessions in your vehicle.
If we have a day/evening pass, can we stay in someone else's room?
No. A day/evening pass is just a day/evening pass. You must leave the property when the playrooms close.
We are a threesome, can we purchase the couple's only day/evening event pass?
No. The couple's only day/evening passes are for couple's only, not for three people and your 3rd cannot purchase them as a single. We recommend you purchase a room package.
Can two females or two males purchase day/evening event passes and attend as a "couple"?
No, Splash Mocha defines a couple as a man and a woman.
What time is checkout?
Checkout time is 11 am on Sunday.
Does the hotel require a credit card on file at time of check in?
Yes, the hotel requires you to add a credit card on file for incidentals at check in. If you use a debit card, a hold will be placed on your debit card.
Does the hotel have a restaurant on premise?
Yes. The hotel does have a restaurant on premises, plus there are restaurants close to the hotel and the surrounding area.
Is this event BYOB?
No. The hotel has a bar onsite. All personal alcohol must be consumed in your hotel room.
Can we take drinks to the pool or convention center? A cooler? (for venues with a pool)
You can only have drinks purchased from the hotel bar in any public areas of the hotel including the pool and convention center. Coolers are NOT allowed at the pool.
If we live locally and want to bring our own chairs for the pool, is that ok? (for venues with a pool)
Yes. The hotel has a limited number of chairs as they do not expect everyone staying at the hotel to be at the pool at the same time. We are bringing extra chairs as well.
Does the hotel have pool towels available? (for venues with a pool)
Yes. The hotel will have towels out by the pool. Feel free to bring your own beach towels if you prefer.
Where can we be clothing optional?
You can be clothing optional at the pool (for venues with a pool) and convention center. You must be clothed (street legal) in all other public areas such as hotel bars, restaurant, atrium, lobby, and hallways.
Can we be nude and/or have sex on the balconies or in front of the room windows?
NO NUDITY or SEX on the balconies or in front of the room windows. We have a ZERO tolerance for nudity and/or sex on the balconies or in front of the room windows. If you are caught nude or having sex on the balcony or in front of the room window, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. We are all adults here. Let's not make this an issue.
Is sex permitted anywhere in the hotel or in/at the pool? (for venues with a pool)
No. Sex is permitted in your room, someone else's room (as long as you are invited), or designated playroom areas. No sexual activity is permitted at the pool.
Are illegal drugs allowed at the event?
We maintain a ZERO tolerance for illegal DRUGS at the event. This includes marijuana. For guests who have state issued medical marijuana cards, we do NOT recognize this card at our events. If you are caught with illegal drugs, you will immediately be escorted from the property with no refund.
Can we leave the property?
Yes, you can.
Can you smoke inside the hotel?
There is no smoking or vaping inside the hotel including guest rooms. There will be designated smoking areas outside.
Can I transfer my room package or day/evening pass to someone else?
No. Room packages and day/evening passes are not transferable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Splash Mocha registration fees are refundable in full up to 91 days prior to the event, less an administrative fee of $250. No refunds will be issued 90 days prior to the event. Day passes are non-refundable.
Your website says the rooms are sold out. Is this true?
Yes, our website is in real time. When room categories say "Sold Out", they are really sold out.
If I have friends in the area who want to visit me at the hotel, can they?
Unless they have a paid reservation, they will not be permitted in, not even for a quick conversation. We recommend you meet them offsite.
Can you verify if someone is on your official guest list?
No. Our guest's personal information is held in the strictest confidence. But, most of our guests create a profile and have a premium membership on our website and add themselves to the Who's Going page. Register at www.SplashMocha.com for a profile on our site to see the most accurate list.
Can you tell me what parties are going on in the area?
No, Splash Mocha does not have any information on any other events that are not a Splash Mocha event.
